Summer Camp 2023

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED AS ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED. THANK YOU!

This year, we are offering small group camp opportunities for up to four individuals (ages six and up) each day for a full week. Campers will practice horsemanship and riding skills along with nature-oriented activities and crafts – all with a certified therapeutic riding instructor! Camp will have group activities as well as personalization to each camper’s skill level and interest.

These camps are offered on a first come, first served basis and will fill up quickly, with only four spots available each week! Camp costs $450. Campers will register for their preferred week. Camp will be from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for one week.

Dates offered for camps are as follows:

June 5th-9th – ALL SPOTS FILLED

June 19th-23rd – ALL SPOTS FILLED

July 10th-14th – ALL SPOTS FILLED

July 24th-28th – ALL SPOTS FILLED

Closed toed shoes are required. Helmets are required while riding (we have helmets available).

*Campers must be able to sit on a horse independently with only a leader* (no side walkers or additional supports will be utilized this year due to extra health precautions due to COVID). Horsemanship and ground work are an integral part of our camp – and just as fun!

Campers should bring plenty of water, sunscreen, comfortable clothes/shoes that can get dirty.

A camper may be dismissed at any time if they are jeopardizing others’ health and safety, including themselves and/or the horse. (Due to resources already allocated for that week, we cannot provide refunds).

No flight risk: campers must be able to reasonably follow directions and stay within the working space with minimal prompting/assistance.

All camps are held at the TREE House of Greater St. Louis campus located at 332 Stable Lane, Wentzville, MO, which includes indoor and outdoor arenas as well as nature and sensory trail areas.  Our multi-purpose room is air-conditioned and where we will begin and end the day.  Many other activities will take place in the outside environment. While the indoor arena has large industrial fans, this area is not air-conditioned. Campers should dress and pack appropriately for being outside in the summer (snack, plenty of water, sunscreen, etc.).

For campers with disabilities who are not participants at TREE House, a pre-camp introductory session may be required.

Once your registration is processed and scheduled, you will receive an email with additional paperwork to complete prior to your start of camp.
