We are seeking an experienced Facility Professional to “take the reins” and maintain our multi-building, 80-acre therapeutic campus. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, volunteers, and herd.
Key Responsibilities
– Ensure all buildings, arenas, pastures, and grounds are properly maintained and safe for use.
– Manage facility equipment and supplies.
– Prioritize daily activities and work safely within an active equine and animal environment.
– Collaborate closely with staff and volunteer teams to support a dynamic, fast-paced schedule.
Requirements – Relevant facility management, maintenance, and equipment experience is required.
– Strong communication skills and the agility to adapt to changing daily needs.
– Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours and weekend work.
– Physical Capability: Must be able to routinely lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing 50 to 80 pounds, such as hay bales, feed sacks, and stall mats. Movement: Constant walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching across uneven terrain, indoors/outdoors, and in varied weather conditions. Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding labor throughout an 8-hour shift.
