As TREE House of Greater St. Louis celebrates our 51st year of delivering equine-assisted services, we are seeking an experienced Facility Professional to take the reins on maintaining our multi-building, 80-acre therapeutic campus. This role involves managing equipment, overseeing facility supplies, and ensuring all buildings, arenas, pastures, and grounds are properly maintained and safe for use. The ability to prioritize daily activities and work safely within an active equine environment is critical. Close collaboration with equine staff and volunteers is essential, requiring clear communication and the agility to keep up with a dynamic, fast-paced schedule.
