TREE House accepts in-kind donations of supplies and equipment that we can use in our programs. We have an up-to-date Wish List available if you want to know what items we are currently needing. In addition, we have several special events with silent and live auctions throughout the year, so we are always looking for donations that can be used as auction items, such as sporting tickets, restaurant gift cards, spa gift certificates, vacation stays and trips, jewelry, etc. If you would like to donate an item for one of our events, please contact Nathan Harms, Executive Director, at (636) 332-4940.
Our in-kind donation form is available online (.pdf). Copies are also available in the office. We must have a completed form to accept your donation.
Please review the information below regarding some commonly asked questions regarding in-kind donations.
Can I donate my horse to your program?

Yes. We ask that all tack be in good condition. Our Program Director, Amy Willard, will handle the in-take of all tack donation. Please contact Amy at 636.332.4940.
Who do I deliver my donation to?
The best time to deliver your donation is Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. This will ensure that there is an office staff member who can accept the donation and give you a receipt.
If I were to organize a supply drive for TREE House, what could I collect?
One option is to distribute copies of our Wish List and let people choose. We are always in need of cleaning and housekeeping supplies, so paper towels, toilet paper, black trash bags, kitchen size trash bags, Clorox wipes, Dawn, Windex, toilet bowl cleaner, multi-purpose cleaners, sponges, and new rags are just a few of the ideas that might work for this type of drive. If your group wants to purchase food, treats, or supplies for the horses, please contact our Program Director, Amy Willard, at (636) 332-4940 for specifics.
